What we appreciated most was his knowledge of the equipment and his ability to quickly identify the parts we needed without requiring to bring extensive information about the tractors or part. No one else in the central coast was able to find the parts we needed. We know Rigo can come through. He was always professional, efficient, and made the parts process much easier.
Since his departure, weve found it more difficult to get the same level of assistance. Orders take longer, I often have to provide more details than I did before, and the overall experience feels less streamlined.
